About Red Bay First United Method

   The history of Red Bay First UMC dates back to 1882. The Methodist Church has had a vital ministry in Red Bay for over one hundred and twenty years. Ministry to the community in various ways, including worship services, Bible Study, youth and children'sministry, and much more have been the focus of Red Bay First UMC for all these years. While we have been in ministry for a long time, we are constantly changing the way we present the never changing  "Good News" of Jesus Christ. We look forward to ministry in the future and invite you to become a part of that future! Through the connectional system of the United Methodist Church we are in ministry around the world.

Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Red Bay First UMC is committed to offer the best quality and most relevant ministries to the diverse individuals and groups in our community. We believe God's love is for everyone, and we want to do our best to make sure everyone can experience God's love. It is our desire to see the words of a song of faith lived out in faith:
